It is our hope that you will offer your skill, expertise, and excitement to all that attend Anime-zing 2011. Hosting a Panel, Workshop, or Event is VOLUNTARY and your reward shall be our unending adoration.
If you would like to host a panel , offer a workshop, or host an event at Anime-zing, please fill out the submission form below. Keep in mind the following when offering a submission:
1. Early = Good!
The final date we are accepting submissions is May 20, 2011. All submissions after May 20th probably will not be considered for placement. If yours is accepted, you will receive a confirmation email with the day and time that you are scheduled by mid-May.
2. Give the Otaku's what they need!
Topics of all Panel, Workshop, or Events should be related to some aspect of Japanese culture. These aspects include: Anime, Art, TV, Movies, , Manga / Books, Music [J-pop, J-rock, etc...], Fashion, Food ,Language, Martial Arts Video Games , etc. If it is felt that your submission does not fit into the scope of Japanese culture or is inappropriate, we reserve the right to reject your submission.
3. Scheduling is a wonderful thing!
First and foremost we ask for your flexibility with scheduling. You will be able to request time preferences. Our programmers will do their best to accommodate you. If you are scheduled and are unable to attend, we ask that you contact us as soon as possible so that we may make other arrangements.
4. "I need, I want... Gimmee ...!"
If you require special equipment for your Panel, Workshop, or Event please let us know in your submission. We may be able to help you from strapping your big screen TV on the hood of your car and hauling it to the convention.

By submitting an event via this form, you are stating that you would like to run the event at QC Anime-zing! 2012. You have also read the above submission guidelines. 90%+ of events ARE ACCEPTED, so we encourage you to plan for your event/panel, even if you don't hear from us soon. We do not confirm panels until 4-6 weeks prior to the convention - you will hear from us as long as you submitted your information correctly.
