QC Anime-zing! will host a Halloween Cosplay Ball on October 13th from 8pm-2am at the Clarion in Davenport, Iowa! Admission is $10, and we have a Mummy wrap contest, Munchkin contest, costume contest, formal dance, and rave dance. See you there!
